About Us

IES Development Institute provides tailored services to CEOs and top executives in 2 major areas:

1) Strategic Workshops

Traditional consulting projects solve problems but disempower your own people. Traditional management training can be disconnected from the business.

In our Strategic Workshops, we provide the thinking tools for your own people to solve their strategic challenges. Your people will come out of these workshops:

  • With new ideas that they feel total ownership for putting into action
  • With a broader strategic perspective on your business
  • Equipped with the thinking tools they can apply themselves to their next challenge

Workshops can be customised to fit your organisation’s requirements

2) Executive Coaching and Advisory

Leadership requires continuous Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual energy. Even the best leaders need someone they can talk things through with. For top executives, it is hard to find this trusted sounding board within their company.

We can be your thought partner and coach, helping you continuously deliver extraordinary results for your company.

We bring unique value to our clients:

  • Combining consulting insight with practical management experience of making it happen
  • Highly cost effective approach, fully leveraging your scarcest resource – time
  • Fluency across Asian and Western business cultures
